I just came across this amazing Sarah Hill invites viewers to contribute to her live television newscasts using Google+ Hangouts. I think this would be a great platform to do Internet business from. In the past I have used GoToMeeting to do meetings, but this looks like it would be a lot better at collaboration. They are using some very top end studio equipment for the broadcast work. I wonder if we could do something similar with some SLR type cameras?Story video about how Missour
Tyrone Shum from fiveminutevideomarketing.com created some fantastic videos using DSLR camera equipment. In his video below he talks about using SLR cameras in all his videos. He believes it is the way of the future because it allows you to record high quality videos at a budget price. He is using the Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera.
Pat Flynn created the amazing video below using the same DSLR camera that Tyrone Shum talks about in his video, the Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera. He uses the Canon EF 50mm f1.4 lens in most of his videos. Pat has a great post "DIY Videoscribing and Other Awesome Techniques to Enhance Your Videos" on his website Smartpassiveincome.com where he talks about the techniques he uses to enhance his videos. He says that a good DSLR camera isn’t cheap, and neither is the specific kind of lens you need to get this effect (the stock lenses usually won’t work as well), but if you’re going to be shooting professional videos for your business, it could be well worth the investment.
With fun and educational videos created with DSLR cameras, Rokenbok Toys was able to create entertaining in-store demos of their toys virtually. Today, the majority of their online sales come from YouTube channel viewers who make up more than half of their customer base.
Consumer Reports also lists the Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera as one of the top preforming DSLR cameras, but they selected the Canon EOS 60D as the top scoring SLR camera. They said the 60D advanced SLR is a bit heavier and pricier than most other SLRs, but it offers the best combination of superb photo and fast response. It's one of just a few advanced cameras that has excellent image quality for low-light and flash photos. Includes a swiveling LCD that allows you to capture hard-to-reach shots.
I will look into SLR cameras more and give feedback when I have more information. Until then please have a look at the videos and give feedback.

The smartphone app business is making lots of money, but it's all funneled one-way: to the developers. Here are a few apps that can put a little cash in your pocket.
If you want to follow your dreams and make money, potentially limitless income, while doing so, starting your own Internet business is a great way to do so and to do so on your own terms. There are a couple of hurdles to overcome, however, including deciding on what you will be working on and what sort of lifestyle you want to maintain while pursuing your dreams.
Reality check: running your own internet business is not the same thing as winning the lottery and it certainly is not something you will get rich quick at. This is a real business and it requires a lot of energy and time just to get it started, and success or failure falls solely on your shoulders. There is no magic, just good old-fashioned hard work and the determination to succeed. However, you will most likely find that this method of accomplishing your goals and pursuing your dreams is intensely satisfying. Don't just sit there, take action! And if you fail, considering it a lesson learned, correct your mistakes and get right back in there! Complete what you start, don't let anyone call you a wannabe!
Here are a few things to consider when wrapping your mind around your new adventure as an internet entrepreneur.
How much money do you need to live the lifestyle you want or are accustomed to while pursuing your dreams? Add up all of your current obligations, such as housing, transportation, food, insurance, entertainment, medical, dental and so on. Add in any expenses related to your new business venture.
How many hours per day are you willing to work to accomplish your goal? Remember to include all of your non-income related time and time spent learning the requirements of your new business.
What are you willing to sacrifice to accomplish your goals? Think in terms of what areas of time, money and energy you are willing to give up so you can live your chosen lifestyle.
How long can you survive on little or no income while you change your lifestyle? Take into account your obligations and what you will spend getting your business started and subtract that from what you have saved up.
Why are you wanting to pursue an Internet business? Everyone has a reason; maybe they want freedom from their current lifestyle restraints, more money or just more free time.
What are you good at; what will be the focus of your business? Think about the things that you are good at, the things you want to be good at and the things that you would like to be doing.
If money wasn't an issue, what would you enjoy doing even if you didn't get paid for your work? What would you start doing tomorrow if you never had to worry about bills again?
Is money, time or family more important in your life and in what order? List these in the order of importance and why they are so important to you.
Are you technically-savvy enough to create an online presence without needing much help? Make a list of all of your technical skills that you can leverage to get started, make a list of all of the things that you don't want to do and make a third list of all of the things you know you won't be able to do. Do you have resources to pick up the slack in any areas where you lack?
When can you get started? Create a timeline and on it, list the things that might keep you from starting today as well as a list of the things you need to finish to start and why.
Lastly, you must realize that, while you are most likely going to be more fulfilled on a personal level, this is not a job. Your income is directly related to your ability to gain paying costumers willing to purchase what you are providing. It is likely to take many days of working towards your goal with little or no income. There will definitely be a period of trial and error. If you are looking for a quick source of income or immediate purpose, perhaps a traditional job is more appropriate.
Searching for high-ranking keywords for Google does not have to be difficult. Web designers can simply use user-friendly websites to find the number of people using specific keywords in an industry. Most websites simply list the number of people searching for the keyword or phrase online, but volume alone is not enough. Users must also know the amount of competition for the word. Medium to low competition and high volume will yield the most effective high-ranking keywords.
Alexa is a popular tool used to find the highest ranking keywords in an industry. Website designers can enter the primary keyword for a product or service to determine all the related words and how the words are ranked. For instance, the top keywords for “laptop” may include brand names of laptops and other related keywords. The number of people who searched for the term in a given period of time will be listed.
2. Google Rankings
Google Rankings also ranks keywords in a particular according to popularity. This tool will actually list the company’s website ranking based upon keywords entered. This will help users determine if they are using the correct keywords.
With paid packages, high ranking keywords will be included. For free, this website allows users to enter a website URL, and the company’s competitor will be listed. This process will inform business owners of their relative ranking. Keywords used on the competitor’s website will be an indicator of high ranking keywords. The website is user friendly with vibrant colors and useful graphics.
This company also offers information based upon the relative ranking of a website and its traffic. Users can examine competitor’s websites to find popular keywords or pay for a generated report through QuantCast.com. The reports contain charts and are easy to read.
Keyword Envy does not require a download or any extensive knowledge of keywords. Simply enter the website to be optimized and brainstorm about the high ranking keywords. Enter the words and determine how the words or phrases will affect a website's ranking major search engines.
Consider High Ranking Keyword Tools
Consider high ranking keyword tools to optimize a website and improve search engine ranking. When traffic increases and sales conversions are made, the return on investment is obvious.
Online marketing is often made out to be more complicated than it is in reality. All you need to do is create awesome content and set it up to propagate effectively. Leveraging the power of the right social networks to do the heavy lifting for you is a wise way to start. Here are five of the best platforms for marketing your site online.
The genius of Reddit and the underlying reason why it's surpassed Digg is its customizable user experience. Reddit allows users to submit posts to various sub-categories, where they're voted up or down based on their popularity and usefulness. Though bad content will flounder, solid posts have a way of going viral and can be a powerful method of marketing a site.
When it comes to spreading the word about your Internet business, Pinterest is the latest hot ticket. In a nutshell, Pinterest allows users to post pictures and infographics from any site to share with other users. It's the perfect way to market your site indirectly by laser-targeting user demographics and visually piquing their interest in your web pages.
As the grandaddy of social media portals, Facebook is the obvious go-to platform for making connections and increasing your online visibility. Though the ROI from Facebook-based efforts are often lower than with other sites, you can't beat the sheer volume of traffic that can be obtained from Facebook marketing.
Though you'll obviously need to do a bit of basic video creation to take advantage of YouTube, it's ultimately one of the most effective ways of capturing the interest of your intended audience. YouTube's social sharing features have really matured since its founding, and it's now a massive social marketing powerhouse that can substantially improve the appeal of your Internet business.
In the past few years, Twitter has truly come into its own as a way to market websites and attract new readership. Due to the inherent nature of this micro-blogging service, you don't have much time to turn a Tweet view into a click-through. As such, you'll have to focus your efforts on matching your broadcasts with your followers. If you can manage to master this skill, however, the rewards from Twitter can be immense.
The Last Word
Regardless of which social media engine you use to bolster traffic, the success of your efforts will always depend on content. It takes a lot of pressure to turn a lump of coal into a diamond, so avoid pushing substance-less promotional material at your audience. Deliver outstanding and helpful content, respect your visitors and let the social media machines do the rest.
I found this great post by Eli Pariser on Ted.com that brings up some very interesting comparisons about how media is brought to us now on the Internet very much as the newspaper news was around 1912. It makes me think we should start a new non-filtered source of current content. This may be the start of the end of Google as we know it today.

This is a very nice video by the SBAPartnership that shows how a brick and mortar business is using the Internet to increase their business. The Salon Red hair Salon provides a creative and compassionate environment in Decatur, GA. It excels in the services industry because it uses a website and local listings to help customers find its locations and book appointments. This video is part of a group of SBAPartnership videos by the partnership between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Google that was created to help small businesses leverage the power of the Internet.
